Speed and agility training for youth-pro athletes. We train game related speed, lateral quickness, change of direction, explosiveness and footwork movements that translate to all sports. Athletes that put in the time and work consistently can expect to see game changing results in overall athleticism.
Group Training Sessions
Group training sessions focus on quality drills designed for maximum improvement with no long lines— keeping athletes moving, engaged, and improving every minute. Each session is designed to keep athletes constantly working while focusing on proper technique and explosive movement.
GFCS Speed Club
Speed development, agility, endurance, movement biomechanics, strength training and performance recovery. We train to improve these areas through drill work and fun games.
